The General Assembly of the Stroke Alliance for Europe (SAFE) will take place at the Westin Hotel, Zagreb on December 8th, 2017, at 09.00
SAFE currently has two applications for membership that have been approved by the board to be put before the General Assembly for approval. These are from the Irish Heart Foundation and Beyinder Turkey. (Please click on the names to see the applications).
Please note that copies of membership applications will not be printed for all members in Zagreb, although there will be copies for members to peruse. We therefore ask that you read these before the GA
Please click here to read the minutes of the General Assembly 2016. Please note that since the 2016 GA, Sdružení pro rehabilitaci osob po cévní mozkové příhodě (Czech Republic) have contacted SAFE and paid the outstanding fees. The President therefore approved their reinstatement as a SAFE member.
Although approval was given for France AVC to re-join SAFE, they did not comply with membership requirements during the year and therefore did not become a full member. We are hoping to receive a further application for this year.
