This year’s Working Conference and General Assembly is taking place at the Novotel, Amsterdam City Centre.

The hotel is a short train ride from either Amsterdam airport (€3), or Amsterdam Central Station (€2.80), so no transport has been booked for delegates, who we are asking to make their own way to the venue. Take the train service towards Amsterdam RAI. From there it is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The train departs every 15 minutes from platform 1 or 2. Tickets can be bought at the self-service machines or at the ticket desks.

Tuesday 6th December
Delegates arrive.
Welcome Reception and Registration from 19.00
Calla Room
Wednesday 7th December
Registration from 08.00
Conference starts at 09.00 and finishes at 17.00
Dinner will be at the Rosarium Restaurant, which is just a very short walk from the hotel.
Gather in reception from 18.00 to 19.00
Thursday 8th December
Conference starts at 09.00 and finishes at 17.00
A buffet dinner will be held in the hotel restaurant from 19.00 to 20.00
Friday 9th December
General Assembly starts at 08.30. Dependent on GA business, we are expecting this to finish by 12.00.
A buffet lunch will be served in the hotel restaurant from 12.30.
